On Wednesday, April 8, the Board of Directors of ASIMET convened at Mimet’s offices for a morning of institutional work that combined strategic dialogue with an on-site industrial tour.
During the session, board members toured Mimet’s factory and production facilities, gaining firsthand insight into the manufacturing processes behind commercial refrigeration equipment. The visit also provided an opportunity to engage with Mimet’s team, who shared details about the various stages involved in the company’s operations.
The delegation was guided by Andrés Montanari, General Manager of Mimet and Director of ASIMET, who showcased the company’s industrial capabilities in full operation.
Mimet has been a proud member of ASIMET since 1951, actively contributing to the growth and advancement of Chile’s metallurgical and metal-mechanical industries.
“At Mimet, we believe that our contribution to the industry is built from within our operations—by developing technology, strengthening production capacities, and sharing knowledge that fosters a more competitive, sustainable, and market-driven sector,” stated Montanari.
